Based in Double Bay, Girls with Gems is a boutique fashion store selling women’s clothing. Chair and Desk was engaged to help develop features for their Shopify store. Along with this has come Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Chair and Desk has been A/B Testing new features in a constant pursuit for a higher conversion rate
Conversion Rate Optimisation
Girls with Gems have been on a pursuit to increase their conversion rate. This has led Chair and Desk to setting up and running A/B tests on features that may potentially raise the conversion rate. This involves heavy coding on a CRO testing platform as well as a great understanding about user experience, shopping behaviour and the ability to understand data/analytics.
Custom Features on Shopify
One of their requests was to reduce the number of apps they were using and bring everything in-house. Chair and Desk has been slowly reducing the number of apps while simultaneously increasing the speed of the site. These new features have been well adopted by their audience and have made life easier for the team at Girls With Gems.
